Do you ship outside of the UK?
No, we only ship within the UK at this moment.
What are digital downloads?
Digital downloads are intangible products delivered directly to your email. You will receive a file that you can download, use, or print at your convenience.
Are the products made only by Ubuntu Roots?
No, we outsource the production and printing of most of our items to other print-on-demand companies because managing the required stock and space is not something we can do right now.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and secure online payment options.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days in the UK.
Digital downloads should arrive in your email inbox within a few minutes.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Digital downloads cannot be refunded as they are intangible products. However, if you are not satisfied with your digital purchase, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
For physical items, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Refunds depend on the circumstances, such as whether the error was ours or the customer’s. Please note that customized products cannot be refunded if names or details were misspelled by the customer.
